This project is the prototype design and validation for Zeno, a next-generation sleep health management product developed by Pathmate Technology . Through the academic framework of digital health courses, we explored the feasibility of LLM-driven health intervention and built a scalable product prototype.

When Zeno detects that a user is still awake late at night, is under increased stress during exam week, or is experiencing a continuous decline in sleep quality, it proactively sends a caring message.

Dialogue-based interaction

Zeno is like a gentle cloud, accompanying students to sleep with the softest language, understanding the pressure and anxiety of college students, and providing empathetic support rather than preaching.

Structured counseling

Five phased counseling sessions guide students step-by-step to establish healthy sleep habits, from cognitive establishment to behavioral maintenance, providing a replicable product template for Pathmate Technology.

Zoe's role and contributions

Conceptual model planning

Integrating TAM and HAPA theories, an intervention architecture tailored to the needs of university students was designed. Considering the time constraints, digital native characteristics, and multitasking requirements of the student population, this conceptual model provides Pathmate Technology with a scalable product architecture blueprint.

Robot Dialogue Writing

We wrote multiple dialogue scripts to shape Zeno's warm and approachable brand personality, catering to the language habits of university students.

Literature search and research

By reviewing 30+ articles covering topics such as sleep problems among college students, JITAI design, conversational AI, and health interventions for young people, we can provide a scientific basis for Zeno design decisions.
